Schedule for Community Day

  • Campus Assembly

    9:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Each morning, we come together as a community to connect through memorizing scripture, singing, and encouraging one another.

  • Subject Blocks (Rotating)

    9:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Each class rotates through a series of subject classes including Science, Fine Arts, World Geography & Bible, and Literature Presentations. Classes are organized by age and stay together throughout the day to foster community, rotating to each tutor’s classroom for their subjects.

  • Lunchtime

    12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Families are asked to bring lunch and enjoy it alongside the whole campus community.

  • Free Play & Community Time

    1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Each afternoon, we gather for a special time of connection and creativity. This is a moment for our community to come together, share our passions, and celebrate the things that make us unique. Whether it's bringing your handicrafts, creative projects, hobbies, or simply sharing what you're passionate about, this time is dedicated to nurturing both individual expression and the bonds that unite us.

  • Campus Clean-up

    3:00 PM - 3:15 PM

As our day wraps up, we come together for a collective clean-up time. This is a chance for everyone to pitch in and help maintain the space we've shared.

Groups of 8-10 kids (grouped by age) will rotate

through Subject Blocks

We have paid parent tutors who facilitate each subject block. The students rotate to each subject block as a group.

Subject Blocks

  • Our homeschool adventures are full of bubbling beakers, fizzing reactions, and wide-eyed discoveries. Whether we're exploring the wonders of magnetism, building bottle rockets that soar sky-high, or peering into the tiniest cells under a microscope, each moment invites awe, imagination, and thoughtful learning.

At The Well Collective, we don’t just do science—we celebrate it. Every experiment is a hands-on reminder of how incredible, intricate, and interconnected our world truly is.

  • History comes alive as we journey through the Middle Ages with The World’s Story by Angela O’Dell. From castles and kings to epic battles and courageous voices, we explore the past through meaningful stories that connect history, culture, and geography. Along the way, we invite reflection on how values, beliefs, and ideas have shaped the world—and continue to influence us today.

Each lesson is an adventure where curiosity meets the rich, unfolding story of humanity.

  • Creativity takes center stage with our rotating Fine Arts blocks! Every six weeks, we dive into the worlds of Theatre, Music, Literature, and Art, where imaginations soar and talents shine. With special guest artists joining us along the way, each session becomes an inspiring adventure, sparking a love for beauty and expression in all its forms!

  • Every week is a stage for discovery! Kids become teachers as they share fascinating facts from books, articles, or even a food wrapper. From captivating stories to surprising snack facts, every presentation sparks curiosity and builds confidence. Together, we celebrate learning as a joyful journey, one interesting tidbit at a time!
